Technical Support Services for VMware Infrastructure are currently delivered by VMware in English. Non-English speaking Support Engineers are available in a limited capacity from VMware's Regional Support Centers and operate through callback responses during the operating hours of the local support center.
All initial support contact via telephone is conducted through VMware’s Customer Service team in English. Non-English speaking customers or customers with limited English speaking skills are currently best served by filing Support Requests online. VMware’s Response Time Target Commitments are currently based on responding in English only.
The above policy does not apply to customers who receive non-English support through a VMware partner.
