Complimentary 30-Day Support

For general assistance with VMware Fusion installation and configuration, you are entitled to 30 days of complimentary web-based support. Support requests are submitted online via the VMware support request system and responded to via email.

Complimentary 30-day support starts the day you register your product through the VMware Store. During the registration process, your VMware Support account will automatically be created for all future support needs. All VMware Fusion customers must have a VMware Store account to receive web-based support even if you purchased your product via another channel (such as a local retailer or online outlet).

If you already have a VMware Store account, your VMware Fusion support becomes available once you have added the product's serial number to your existing account. To do this, you must log in to your account and register your VMware Fusion serial number.

Once you have completed your product registration and if you are within the 30-day complimentary support period, login here to start the Support Request process.

Fee-Based Per Incident Email Support

After your complimentary support period has expired, you may purchase fee-based support in convenient 1, 3, or 5 incident packs via our VMware Store. Incident Support is delivered online, with support requests submitted online via the VMware support request system and responded to via email.

Site Support

If your enterprise has 50 or more VMware Fusion licenses, you can purchase Site Support. Please contact your reseller or VMware Sales Representative for more information.
