Customers/ End Users
If you are a VMware Customer or an End User please work with one of our preferred partners. You can contact your existing partner, or if you need assistance locating a preferred partner use VMware's
Partner Locator.
If you would like to contact a Global Support Renewals representative directly please submit your request by email to CustomerRenewalsRequest@vmware.com. Please include the following in your request:
- Support and subscription contract number, instance number or FAC code
- Your contact information (name, phone number, email, and full mailing address)
VMware Certified Partners
If you are a VMware Certified Partner, please continue to create requests using the
Renewals Central Portal. If you have not yet registered on the Renewals Central Portal, please do so by emailing the following alias with your Company Name, Partner ID and the full name of the user that you would like to register:
