The VMware Infrastructure Toolkit (for Windows) provides a Windows PowerShell interface to the VMware Infrastructure API (VI API). The VI Toolkit (for Windows) includes PowerShell Cmdlets (pronounced, “command-lets”) for administering virtual infrastructure components. In addition, the VI Toolkit (for Windows) provides a Microsoft .NET function library for developers who want to create their own applications.
