En virtud de un acuerdo conjunto de distribución y soporte internacional, IBM puede revender herramientas de software para máquinas virtuales VMware ESX Server con partición lógica dinámica en sistemas eServer. IBM ofrece soporte internacional para herramientas de software VMware ESX Server y sistemas operativos Microsoft Windows y Linux que se ejecutan dentro de máquinas virtuales. Este soporte se encuentra disponible a través de IBM Global Services, SupportLine para Microsoft Windows y SupportLine para Linux, y ofrece a los clientes un servicio de soporte integrado único para sistemas eServer, herramientas de software VMware ESX Server y sistemas operativos.
